This guesthouse is located in the southern region of Visakhapatnam, though not really close to the beaches (I'm guessing these are 1 to 2km away). The guest house seems to be quite new. The Reception is located just beyond the undercover car park, on the left. I found the 2 guys at the desk helpful and efficient. I was assigned a room on the first floor. First impressions were of a bright, spacious room.
